I begged my mom to take me to see The ‘Burbs and I loved its delightful weirdness. My mom didn’t care for it, but she was a trooper!

This made me laugh out loud, so thank you! Contrast that with growing up in Saskatoon in the ‘80s and having the American TV network affiliates changed from bucolic Minot, ND to crime-plagued Detroit! 😂
