Your reasoning for not wanting sideloading is malware. There has been no uptick in EU malware since sideloading/altstores have been available. At the very worst you can just disable altstores for your mom and it'll be just like nothing changed.
I don't want an Android. Androids suck. I want an iOS device I can load the apps I want on. It sucks I have to worry about your mom downloading viruses so I can't install the apps I want.
I'm sure the EU is riddled with iOS malware now that they have alt stores there, right?
