I found out recently that the "death to America" thing is intentional mistranslation, and the phrase would more accurately be translated as "down with America" which of course sounds way less extreme.

Tis the season
Watched a bit of Merry Little Ex-Mas thinking it'd be a standard cheesy Christmas film but instead it has this cynical edge and is one of the ugliest films I've ever seen, properly aiming for that ultra bright flat Netflix look. Hate how Netflix pushes just empty shite constantly.
Are they Italian? That's an real big tradition in Italy to watch it on Christmas eve. Broadcast every year on TV etc.
