Er der nogen i Kierkegaard- eller dansk-kredse, der ved, hvor jeg kan finde et eksemplar af Peter Tudvads »Kierkegaards København« (på dansk)? Det har været utroligt svært at finde.

Does anyone in the Kierkegaard/Danish world know where I can find a copy of Peter Tudvad’s “Kierkegaard’s København” (in Danish)? This has been incredibly hard to find.

God it's fucking awful, isn't it? Reading Something Like That and feeling so utterly helpless to do anything about it. How the fuck are you supposed to get through the day?

These photos just reinforce the fact that there is no
"Plan B." Earth is all we have so we had better treat her with care.

“A whole civilization will die tonight” is the most vile thing a US president has ever said, certainly during the post-1945 era when they’ve had the power to kill civilizations with the dropping of a bomb. I’m staring into the darkness. May this not be one of the most fateful days in human history.

How is this guy allowed to still be in office? How can people genuinely support someone who makes a statement like this? I am so lost... Maybe Plato was right. We needed philosopher kings...

Girlfriend went up to Montréal to celebrate her graduation and see her favourite artist Lady Gaga perform… She cancelled 2 hours before the show. I feel so horrible for her :/

I used this book to press my tofu tonight.
It brought me joy.

Roger Freedman @RogerFreed... • 3d v In pressing your tofu, you were applying a normal force (Chapter 4) and increasing the bulk stress on the tofu (Chapter 11). Well played!

My good friend Sam and I had a fun experience this weekend participating in our first debate tournament ever (Atlantic’s 2026). Suffice to say it went quite well!

Also, it emphasizes what “human rights” actually are and the rule of law. Really great concepts being worked out by the writer!

The Darwin Incident is actually really good. I was concerned it would be a weird, obscure anime, but its messaging on animal rights and the perspective of non-human animals is very well done. I’ll keep watching the series and see if it remains decent. 100%recommend it to my anime friends, and vegans

Yup. I recently looked very stupid defending what I thought was the “Canadian spelling” of a word… Turns out I was defending the UK spelling and us Canadians chose to side with the US spelling…

It’s so nice that us Canadians just randomly pick and choose which spellings we want… /s

[The hopeful individual] might not be thought possible or might be regarded as sheer madness; but that is not so, because [they] certainly [do] not hope for something that does not have reality for [them], but [they] hope for something that [they] know cannot be realized.

God almighty. In ten years’ time there will genres of movies, memoirs and novels devoted to the gross cruelty of the Trump Regime, akin to those we now have of Germany in the 1930s. Intensely hoping it stops before we get to the 1940s.
