That was the original premise behind the plugshare app. Ev owners could list their chargers and allow other to use. It’s also how I was introduced to the AEVA and EV group. I listed our charger and we were contacted by ev owners needing a charge. There were very few public chargers back then.

Same.
i wonder how the anti ev arguments go when the Evs with 100km range hit the roads..
ironically enough, you dont really need that kind of range, especially when charging infrastructure is already well placed.
Last year, the world added 849 TWh of electricity demand.
the world also added 887TWh of renewable generation.
75% was solar. the age of coal is over. With new renewables exceeding global energy demand increases. meaning coal use fell globally.

GAC Aion UT electric hatch price increases as first 600 discounted cars sell out. new price is still very competitive. starting from $31,990, up from $30,990, not a huge increase.. #EV #cheap
Nissan looking to have sold state batteries in their #EVs by 2028. hoping for range of 1000km. and to compete with BYD and CATL..
going to need a few more Ev models though Nissan..
but gas industry says they wont invest and it will cost jobs...
where are they going to go? we have the gas! other gas nations actually make them pay!
until he teleports
i only like scotch, but at moment having a local made gin pahse
because the people let them. distracted by things that dont matter so that class can do whatever they want
hahah sort of sad seeing it struggle even after its arms and bits fly off.
Porsche seemed to have solved the wireless EV charging with a 95% efficiency, great, good work, but it will have to be a cheap option, as the issue it seeks to solve, isn't really an issue, it literally takes me a few seconds to plug the car in.

While humanoid robots are showing off running really fast, we all know this is the future for many that get sold...
Kegsbreath wont be happy about losing that title.
haha, nice work on the community farm, my neighbours sheep often try to get through the fences to get to the grass under the panels
it does, and the ground is still useable!
my, and my partners asthma was the reason we initially went EV, and removed all gas cooking from our home.
Was about to say the exact same thing.
Yes. Solar still works even on cloudy days. Sure not as much, but enough.
apparently 25% of all Hyundai's sold in #Australia last month were #EV.
dont worry, just a fad, all those EV buyers will come to their senses and realise what a mistake they have done leaving the shackles of oil in servitude has. /s
#EVs will crash the grid they yell... heard it endlessly..
Reality check:
Right now, data centers (especially AI) are putting more pressure on the grid than the entire global EV fleet. EVs are proving to be one of the more grid-friendly loads we’re adding. Data centers getting worse..
yes, thats a big time waster, and a pain in the arse.
missed a few tricks, did a few things to make it harder than should be, claiming he had enough to get home, why didn't he just go? no need to charge at all, then charge overnight on slow charge? let alone a long charge to 100%, which will take forever, lack of charge for units is problem though
So many argue #Solar panels and solar farms destroy productive agricultural land (they don't, been scientifically proven), i cant help but wonder if they have the same repulsion when it comes to using agriculture to grow fuel crops instead of food to relieve oil crisis?
well, not compared to the concept.
i found the 6 looks a lot better in the flesh than in images.
Hyundai Ioniq concepts are wild. I like it! (I also like Cybertruck for being so different and its tech). Will Hyundai have the courage to make it reality?
Holy. Shit. This is Reid Wiseman's video he took with his iPhone while at the moon 🌙
yes, more work from home, telecommuting etc, and more public transport options
