I think the same is true of online ordering for adults as opposed to wandering in a bookstore.

I don’t think anyone anywhere wants his skin. Like me, they don’t even want to see it. What is it with Republican loons and running around shirtless?
My point was that this was a nasty thing to post right out of the gate. He has a record that should be admired and appreciated, but you reduced him to nothing but his age. I’m sure his staff and friends don’t need to read something so heartless within hours of his passing.
It was still an insensitive thing to post within an hour or so of the announcement of his passing. And BTW, I’ve actually been supporting his primary opponent, Jasmine Clark. This wasn’t the time.
Okay, fuck off, simpleton. Muted.
You know, you could wait a day for people to appreciate his life and mourn him before posting your highly original take. Even those of us supporting Dr. Clark in this election can still be grateful for all the work he did in the Georgia legislature, including and especially on gun control.
No doubt, sadly.
So condemning the entire state is okay then, huh? 🙄 Because that’s what you’re implying.
Agreed! It’s so simplistic, and it bothers me whether the group being dismissed is a state, a country, or a group such as farmers.
David Scott was a strong voice for gun control, not gun rights. My mistake in typing - but it’s ridiculous that a guy fights for the right things long before you ever heard of him, and all you can do is nasty sniping about his age. Not the time.
Could those of us who are his constituents and who admired him for his decades of work - including in the GA legislature long before people like you ever heard of him - have maybe five minutes to remember his life and contributions before you chime in?
You know, the world could actually wait for a day or so for those of us who are his constituents - people who admired and appreciated his decades fighting the good fight - to remember and appreciate his life before you chime in so nastily. This was a great man and a great public servant.
Could those of us who are his constituents and who admired him for his decades of work - including in the GA legislature long before people like you ever heard of him - have maybe five minutes to remember his life and contributions before you chime in with your heartless two cents?
My Congressman, David Scott, was a wonderful man whose work in the Georgia legislature I admired long before his time in Congress. His family, friends and staff have my deepest sympathy.
Goddamn it! This is my Congressman, a great man who long before Congress was fighting the good fight for decades in the Georgia legislature. You think that was easy, in Georgia? Could those of us who admired him have maybe five minutes to think about his life before you chime in?
Stop it. This is my Congressman. He was a thoroughly decent man who even before his time in Congress was a strong voice for gun control and other progressive issues in the state legislature, which was a damn big challenge in Georgia. Not the time. You can wait a couple of days for this.
This is my Congressman. He was a wonderful man who even before his time in Congress was strong on gun rights and other important issues for years in the Georgia state legislature, which was difficult to say the least.
Yep, that’s when they were planning it - the lame duck period, when Deal would’ve called a special session.
Congratulations!!!
The Republican governor at the time, Nathan Deal, and the gerrymandered Republican legislature in Georgia had the same thing planned if Stacey Abrams had won either of the times she ran against Brian Kemp. I have no doubt at all they'll do it the next time a Dem wins the governor's race.
What a perfect little tortie!
Don’t the Yankees still do really well? (I’m vaguely aware of the World Series every year, but that’s about it for baseball with me.)
😍😍😍
Congratulations to all!
😆😆😆
😆😆😆
How cute!
I still remember Karl Rove’s complete meltdown.
So many Republicans are still convinced that Democrats were unfair and downright cruel to Romney and that Republicans were forced into Trumpism in response. This despite their being the party of Gingrich, Rove and swiftboating.
Thanks!
