A redesign of Harumi as a ninja. Here, she sports a completely overhauled ninja dress resembling less of Naruto and more so akin to the gorgeous ninja dresses that resemble the beauty of water, hence the water patterns on sleeves, and bottom. (Kudos to Pokemon Legends Arceus which I had to use for stylizing it btw)

Had to spend most of Saturday reworking on the beloved moonlight inkling mother's ninja dress, so I carefully took the time to make it water themed.
