Interest rate cuts are good for potential homebuyers & buyers of US bonds. (Trump recently invested a 100 million in US bonds. Bonds work inversely to interest rates. Bonds go up when rates go down.)

BUT rate cuts are bad for interest bearing accounts like money markets. Thus, more inflation.
