I felt myself gradually getting frustrated with each loss and I decided to just stop there because I game to have fun. I'll always have shiny hunting and all the other parts of PKMN that I love, but I think it's time to part ways with Champions and Pokémon PvP in general.

Like, I love watching Wolfie and others in their element, but I definitely don't have that gift. Another problem I have is l like to play with my favorites and I tend to balk at using meta mons. I know I put myself at a severe disadvantage doing this.

I am utterly terrible at competitive Pokémon. It's been this way since Sword and Shield. I'll get to great ball rank in doubles and then just stagnate completely. I think I like the idea of comp Pokémon more than actually playing it.

I've been playing Pokémon for 30 years now. I love the franchise, I know the names and typings of all 1000+ Pokémon, what most of the moves do, etc. I lost 6 consecutive matches in Champions today and it think it forced me to confront something I've known for all 9 generations

My boyfriend drove an hour yesterday to come have lunch with me on my break. Gosh, I love this pretty and sweet man! 🥰
