Tbh I try not to purchase beef from the store anyway. I eat A LOT of beef for a protein. Cheaper and higher quality when going to farmer and getting a 1/4 or 1/2 cow anyway. Bonus is i know what goes in and out of them but I do that for almost every protein option possible

Day 19 of incubation. At day 11 we lost power for around 16 hours they were burritoed in blankets. The incubator that 3-14 of the far right column were in a differing incubator than the rest. That incubator raises in temps gradually. The other raises fast. Question below
