Happy Anniversary to your parents!
Sunny and chilly afternoon at #Fenway today
Read the Times review on the weekend. Just got back from Titcombs with a copy. Today's agenda: #Yesteryear. nytimes.com/2026/04/05/b... (gift article)
I once discovered a great great had died in a different state at his hunting cabin. The obituary, in his normal home town, didn't say anything about it. He is also buried in his normal home town as well.
Pretty afternoon today. Quiet
I had the same experience with my Mom. She had very elaborate handwriting but it is a startle. After her section, my aunt was the enumerator on the next section.
We are too. We still have 4 ft piles in our yard. I'm so sick of snow
My favorite Keb'Mo song...
Wills can tell you so much. I decided I didn't like an entire line because their wills were so snarky. Another, I was so pleased because they included everyone, not just the first son.
🎸 I’m incredibly grateful to be part of Joe Bonamassa’s “B.B. King’s Blues Summit 100”, an album that celebrates the life, music, and legacy of the one and only B.B. King. Truly an honor! Check out my song and be sure to Stream the album or Order here: joeb.me/StreamBBKing... 🎸 ~ KMo’
What a jackhole
I buy a ton of books because I like books. Apparently, a bit too much. Whatever.
You could keep adding 0s and the answer would still be no
The article in the newspaper (it was 1899) said "he got tired of life." He was 37.
My great grandmother's youngest brother, who was a farmer and teacher, did so as well. She named my grandfather after him. It was quite sad finding the information.
My favorite Ann Patchett book.
It was crazy yesterday! The HOA had already plowed our street and driveway and shoveled our walk by the time we got up. The piles in the yards are huge.
We have quite a few around here - books are donated and sold to raise funds for community programs (free museum passes, etc). The sales are generally held by the Friends of the Library (we are members of several).
Our local library has a sale each July with over 40k books and another smaller one each December. They are our favorite days of the year.
I used to get my nails done - especially when I had an absolutely horrible corporate job. It was my escape. Yes, don't judge. People may just be trying to stay somewhat sane in whatever small pleasure they find.
I have no idea what that means but it's cool your library has it!
Beautiful day for golf today on #CapeCod!
Veg soup, wine in process, Traitors coming up, pjs on, cuddles w Amani :) Have a good weekend
I hope you are feeling better. We took a couple hours off this afternoon to play golf and it was great to not hear or think about anything.
