"Envers la Tyrannie du Réel" opened on Friday at AXENÉO7 in Gatineau, second iteration of an exhibition on performance video focusing on props and camp that @compulsiveobserver.bsky.social and I curated. Here's some shots taken at the opening! Featuring works by 18 artists!

I just made that realization a few days ago when I threw both into a lazy lentil stew (along with a drizzle of olive oil). Holy shit did it elevate things. 10/10 would recommend.

Here’s a video of Gabriel Dharmoo and I talking about our upcoming project at the SAT as part of Montréal Nouvelles Musique. It’s done à la montréalaise (Gab speaks French and I speak English) but there’s plenty to gather from it in either language.
