I am still here because people keep talking to me, including you. When I stop, will the response be "he could't take the heat"? Look, I apologize for calling you an asshole. I should have said you were being rude to me for simply posting an article with information that should be considered.

Oh, are you talking to me? I thought you said "go away." Yes, I have voted in California since the mid-90s and still do as a "overseas voter". I also still work in California.

I don't see any great candidates in this race and all those remaining have issues, INCLUDING Steyer, who made his fortune investing in fossil fuels. I think EVERYONE deserves the facts on EVERY candidate. But not folks on this thread, apparently.

I called people nasty because they were BEING nasty. I never put on a victim cape, but I DO name it when I see it. I work in police accountability and have a keen interest in it and watch things closely in that area. Becerra was awful in that area as AG. Is he an awful person? NO. Facts matter.

You wanna post about racist Houston cops but support a candidate who tried to stop police accountability as AG. Okay.

As California's Attorney General, Becerra's office went to the state Supreme Court in In re Lewis and argued that a Black man's IQ score should be "adjusted upward"—on the basis of his race—so he'd no longer count as intellectually disabled under Atkins v. Virginia, and could be executed.
