I wish I felt more drive to play VR but, working full time, it feels less relaxing than it used to.

It sucks, the social benefits were huge. Maybe I just need an updated headset than the vive pro eye, it feels like the pro eye just gets hot and heavy.

I'm absolutely counting the days till MFF, I'm so excited.

November is also going to be a good month. Fall is the best, my birthday, and taking a bunch of days off work before they expire. Arcane is coming out, Warframe 1999, and who knows what other stuff will pop up on my radar

Life's been good! My job isn't what I would call enjoyable but the money and people at it are great. I see it as an investment for my future, just gotta grind for a while.

Anyone have any recommendations for some wireless earbuds? My pixel doesn't have a headphone jack so I'm a bit stuck with wireless haha. I believe I'll be able to use them at work, actually.

Interview nailed!

Seems like my dog was overreacting to a low battery carbon monoxide detector downstairs, even if my other dogs didn't react to it.. she's still shaking, but there was evidence to show the chirp was scaring her

I'm currently stuck at work while my dog is shaky and hiding from my parents at home. Freaking out a bit, I really hope she's alright.

It's amazing how much better I'm doing mentally at work now that I know this is potentially my last 3-4 weeks here

Initial interview passed! I have another one in a week where I need to display some basic skills. I'm nervous, while the job is just below the range that would let me live on my own... I think it's a great start. It's going to put some powerful points on my resume.

Aaaand I have another job recruiter who reached out to me on LinkedIn a couple days ago trying to hire me for a job I could actually live off of. I'm applying now, wish me luck!

I am failing to not get my hopes up for the job I'm under review for. I just need to get to the interview, I know I'll nail it. Just aaaa. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be rejected at the door because I don't have working experience or I didn't convey my independent experience as being applicable.

So far I'm rather enjoying using Bluesky as a place to shout into the void about some daily happenings. It makes me hope it will help me keep contact with friends that I don't talk to every day.

On Twitter all I really did was retweet whatever art came up on my timeline
