Cool to watch the trailer && realise 'oh this is a Yokai Watch Blasters'. Actually a nice move serieswise, but I fink ppl want it to be a big adventure game && not bassically a spinoff w. its own loop. Hard to say but we'll seee. Maybe people will come around on it in 10 yrs like Pkmn Ranger, etc.

(No specific exterior texts, but in terms of just good comment storytelling - I think often about Mrc109's comment abt working at the Geneva Slag Works. Sincerely inspiring piece of memorium)

Not all that helpful, but a combo of the default PTV app & some undefinable 'will this not work' Naarm transport ken (I.E. just arriving 5 minutes early to any bus or tram).

One of the great developers of the last 20(???) years. (Not that cultural reputation should convey primacy of need, but you know). Help out if you've got the means.

Sometimes dreams jusst make the day evil. You gotta imagine you're an imp-type creature and that this is normal for you, and actually you're in your element flying arnd the piteous & cratered terrain

This is all to say, uh - extremities of human disposition and low-level magical thinking probably exist on their side too (really does seem like some think ML's a religious tool). That terrifies me, really - but we have to understand what's going on to have our wits about us. O-K, thanks.

I don't mean to defang the enemy as senseless, causeless. That's not true at all - they're dangerous, and they also do have/put plans in motion often. & zealotry is inspired by emotional drives - want for power, greed, etc. But it can also become its own engine, applied regardless of outcome.

I'm not sure anymore they /always/ have a goal. Things come into focus when you realise that, at a point, the rich believe inherently in cruelty. See it as a vector for transcendence/purity/fortune/somethingelse.
To some extent, they really do want to suck the blood from every bone in the world.

It occurs to me more and more that, amongst the rich and powerful, what we're dealing with is actually a kind of zealotry.
Probably to save my sanity, I /tend/ to approach their evil with the idea that it's at least serving some utility to them.
Increasingly I think it exists for its own sake.

DJ SPRINKLES - Lost Area (DJ Sprinkles Empty Dancefloor original version)
DJ SPRINKLES - Lost Area (DJ Sprinkles Empty Dancefloor original version) YouTube video by Desert_ Essence971

Have you heard DJ Sprinkles Lost Area (Empty Dancefloor) before? Ambient, so it's not exactly the same niche, but some of the same tone. Feels like sinking into the mariana trench. Unbelllievable song.

Wow, amazing. The twitch dynamic between the snare & kick is so expert, & that dub bass is a complettte steamroller. Frames all the subtle drum texture so that it turns worn out and dusthazey, too. I love when whitelabels sound like they showed up completely of their own accord. Feels rite.

It really is the best. Lots of postmyst 90s PC click-and-the-thing-does-stuff videogames have suuch good feel.

(I haven't looked into it enough (paying attention to these guys... sometimes it feels like letting them win), but lots & lots of the warning signs are definitely there)

(He's spent the last 5(?) years yelling that his label is stopping him from releasing a record - I've got no horse in the race, but the guy's in the business of being really really noisy all the time. & being on FOX sometimes. Yawwwn)
