8./ It was the emotional power of this myth of incredibly vulnerable trans identified men which enabled the trans lobby to silence criticism of its demands. And convinced the Democrats they had to prioritise the rights of trans identified men over the true victims of male violence: women and girls.
7./ TMM never compare rates of homicide between the trans population and the non-trans. In my article I show why. I crunch the figures for Brazil where 30% of all trans murders occur. Even there you're twice as likely to be murdered if you're NOT trans than if you are.
6./ In my article I dissect the latest figures from Trans Murder Monitoring which reports 350 homicides of trans people in 2024. Sounds a lot until you realise there are 52 homicides an hour in the world. What's worse is what else TMM don't tell you.

5./ Yet the trans lobby's argument that removing protections for women and girls in the US or UK would somehow save trans lives from homicide globally was always absurd. Even more so because there is no epidemic of violence against the trans identified. It's a complete lie.
4./ This ex-lesbian would draw up the guidelines under Obama that forced all schools & colleges receiving federal funds to allow males to compete with females. Why this trans "man" would champion the rights of men over women is a total mystery. Some might suggest it was loathing of the female sex.
3./ The myth about the special victimhood of trans people was exploited relentlessly by the trans lobby to justify urgent changes in the law. By the second TDOR in 2012 the lobby was suggesting changes in discrimination law and Title IX in sport. A key role was played by Kylar Broadus.
2./ The capture began in 2011 when the White House held its first public meeting with the trans lobby to mark Transgender Day of Remembrance, where TDOR's founder Gwendolyn Ann Smith churned out the myth that trans identified men faced an epidemic of violence. They don't. This is ...er...Gwendolyn.

In 2020 the LGBTQ+ lobby in Scotland took out an ad they thought was a huge gotcha. It contrasted all the LGBTQ+ groups who supported predatory men being in women’s spaces with the sole organisation that opposed it. This ad has been a badge of honour for @AllianceLGB ever since.
