Long march yesterday, ran out of food, hungry. From a distance, I was hopeful that this was an apple tree. Walked over for a closer look, darn, hedge apple.

Great meeting this morning with local Democrats in Creston. I have hoped to meet with local Republicans too, but none of them were available. The Save America March is all about coming together across the political spectrum to save our democracy.

Next week, I begin the 300-mile Save America March through Iowa to dialogue with people across the political spectrum about our slide into authoritarianism, and how we can come together to address common concerns, especially the climate crisis.
