In my gluten free kitchen:
An impromptu pasta dish. I had a bit of pancetta, tomatoes from the garden, sliced sweet onion & some garlic. Sautéed it in the pancetta drippings & put GF spaghetti on it & mixed. Fresh basil from the garden & Parmesan cheese on top. Delicious!
