I prefer math rocks for group games but cards for solo play. Online play is easier with dice apps and in person people like their custom dice sets and get attached to 'lucky' dice. Solo, a deck of cards offers a lot of variation and random effects. You can make a deck do a lot with clever writing.

Agreed entirely. Have you tried Bold Titanium White by Pro Acryl? That stuff is amazingly smooth and covers perfectly. Love that stuff.

Some paints are just naturally clumpy. Corax white is chalky as hell and one of the worst I've ever used.

I have insomnia. Best I can hope for is to be rendered unconscious with a baseball bat.

Yeah it does look like it's clumping a little. Maybe thinning it out with some medium would help. Even if you have to do a few super thin coats to cover the black.

My plan is to sponge paint mine so they have a chipped armour look even before I start weathering them.

You just know that is the most bland shit that has ever been made.
