at colder temps with packed snow it's usually not too bad, just have to have a bit more controlled stide

but yea, when it's around 0 and icy I'm not risking it either

for some reason, i love running in the crispier temps (record was -30 last year)

there’s this cool phenomenon where the cold keeps your body from sweating, so your clothes stay dry by the end
