Unfortunately this psychiatrist is really good it's just the first time she made me go somewhere not nice

I was so mad at my psychiatrist for just even telling me to try that care house you have no idea, now I'm not even sure if I should trust her completely again

But eh the doc there was so mean from the beginning like I need accomodations and she just was "we can't do that for you bc we treat everyone equally" LIKE IDK SORRY FOR NEEDING ACCOMODATIONS DUE TO MY DISABILITY I GUESS

Oh yeah I didn't tell you guys the care house I had to go in, told us "we don't take the likes of you" very meeeean just bc of me being autistic, so we are searching for new care houses for my rehabilitation

My step father prepared to me some cards for my verbal shutdown in case I shutdown in the care house

But I need to do this. Absolutely. My life has become such a weird blob of bad attachments through mom and other fav persons. And I can't even cook for myself nor drink. I've age regressed badly due to my autistic burn out.

Honestly I'm super scared because this care house isn't prepared for autistic people let alone ADHDers. And I'm scared they won't take my phobia of needles seriously when they'll have to take my blood.

From what I saw on the dos and donts, I can keep my tablet, my Steamdeck, my 3ds, but not my PC, and I can only use a 20cm or less cable to charge my stuff. Which thankfully I bought recently.

I'll be hospitalized again in a care house as rehabilitation for my life (day to day life stuff which atm im incapable of doing) this 9th October.

Went to therapy today and they gave me this

I can't work for the life of me. My psychiatrist agreed. Once I'm out of this hospital I'll be finishing some commissions left to do, and leave some other stuff that was causing me stress.
I can't work two weeks straight to end up on a two year burn out
