i hate when people shame others for mispronouncing a word they’ve only ever read. correct them, fine, but like let’s give grace to readers to talk about what they read.

I remember being told by a seasoned dog owner (before I'd lost my Stanley) that the only way to fill the void was to get another dog. 'How callous!' I thought until I did lose Stanley. 18 months later I adopted Archie...it helped

I wish I could go back in time to 1978 when XJ Kennedy & his family moved next door in our little village in Yorkshire, England. His son Matt was in my class. I'd never met a real American before. What a thrill for 8 yr old me. If only I'd been older. I'm still in touch with Matt 🙂.
