I'm worried cause of the pause to all federal programs. This did let me know a bit I've not been seeing anywhere else. It's going to be decided on by the 10th in which programs get to continue. But my stomach is in knots thinking about how that might not be housing.

At 10:15 am est time east bound i70 103 west mile marker near construction there were about 5 police officers pulling people over. I don't know if it was a stop, just there for construction, or what but there were a lot of them and it wasn't a wreck.
Where chickpeas have 70 percent of folate acid need lentils per dry cup have 90 percent of needs. >-> The alternatives also have more fiber and less calories. I loves my pasta. But need to eat less bread. T-T
It's denser than traditional spaghetti and doesn't seem to hold onto the sauce well. It pleasantly not slimy like traditional noodles. It's a closer alternative than spaghetti squash or heart of palm. Which heart of palm is still my favorite for texture. I will try lentil spaghetti next.
Why I said the folate thing was because I have been having intestinal issues. I suspect the folic acid to be part of the problem. Plus gluten. So I've been searching for alternatives. Especially since I tested low in folic acid. So I bought chick pea spaghetti. And tried it out. Reviews in next post

Holy moly 1 dried cup of chick peas is almost the amount of activivated folate you need in your diet a day. I'm ditching the folic acid. Chick peas here I come.
