I've been having bad mental health episodes lately and I thinkkkkk they might be manic episodes? It's been happening more often and more intensely lately, and with worsening memory issues too...

This has not been my week y'all omgggg and I can't even see my support worker until Friday either...

...I swear I have memory issues because I DO NOT remember making those posts this morning.

Like, they feel familiar? But like, yeah, I might've made them 3 days ago, sure... doesn't feel like I only made them this morning...
