What is important to note is that the designated "bike doors" (bicycle inside green circle) are the ones with the centre pole obstruction. The doors at mid-car, without the poles, have stickers indicating no bikes. Why is this @calgarytransit.com? You need to rectify this.

Fortunately we could make room in our budget for the scan but many can’t. The minister saying they will always prioritize medically necessary scans makes my blood boil. They don’t care about you or me, they only care about their donors and backroom deal makers.

Early this year I was scheduled for a medically necessary MRI and notified my healthcare funded appointment would be in 15 months! A second option was to schedule through a private clinic, pay in excess of $1000, and get a scan in 10 days! /3

The reason behind this is not to improve health outcomes but further line the pockets of the UCP grifters to fill empty booking slots at their diagnostic centres with paying customers. What is needed is for our government to start funding medically necessary MRIs at these facilities. /2

They are already a problem that’s only going to get worse.

If I’m truthful, I’ve still got 3 bikes in the garage with studs on. I’m less motivated to make the change when they’re on bikes I don’t ride 😝
