I still don't really know who he is or where he came from, but he's fun, man.

My brother was diagnosed as a toddler, now in his 40s (so, it's been decades). My mom usually homemade his bread since it's better than store-bought, and as an adult he still makes his own bread (though he crashes my parents' house to do it, haha).
Five season ending injuries. Losing Dawson Baker early and Nate Pickens also hurt. Plus a red shirt freshman who was apparently the best shooter over the summer. Just killer injury luck plus other guys further down the depth chart who just couldn't quite pull their weight after that.
Once returned to my car after work to find the glass of my sun roof smashed. No rock or branch or anything there.
He's mine as well. Given how close the last two elections were, I don't think he has any shot at reelection.
I'm in Denver and have this same opinion for opposite reasons. I can count the number of times it's snowed on one hand. The last time was during the Broncos playoff game a month ago.
Myrlie Evers gave a forum address my freshman year in college and it was absolutely amazing (a roommate had the same reaction but we weren't together, and later in the day were dying to talk to each other about it). I've tried multiple times since to track down a transcript or video to no avail.
I had a tax issue with the State of California a couple years ago that is too complex to describe, but it was a long saga. But I finally got a person on the phone who reviewed all of my materials and had the appropriate power to just close my case outright, and she was like my best friend.
I had the same reaction (and he's also my rep). I don't think he has any shot next year regardless though.
It would be my worst nightmare. Replacement pickings for BYU are slim, and I don't think there's the football equivalent of Kevin Young out there anywhere.
They've also been pretty clear very recently that there can be good people of any party
Underrated movie!
Common first name, common last name. Definitely going to be multiple in a given area with enough population.
Just noting that this has been confirmed to not be him (someone looked at public property records for the address and there was a mortgage etc under that name, so clearly a different Tyler Robinson given his age).
That's right. But I do remember people being extremely upset about Padlo being included.
I forgot about Kevin Padlo. Isn't he the guy who got traded away and some folks were incandescent with rage about it?
I also don't see how they could think that makes for better representation of the people (the answer is probably that they don't actually think that, and this explanation is just the fake excuse).
Actually, I take back the South here. Looking at a map and Panama City of actually farther south than Cartagena. To be even more exact, Taboga Island is my farthest south.
N: Jasper, Canada
E: Tivoli, Italy
S: Cartagena, Colombia
W: Hawaii
When I was a kid my dad got a call from someone selling insurance for accountants. My dad: "Well what if I was a clam digger?" Then they said something about him being on their list of accountants, and he responded "No, I'm a clam digger. Call me back when you're selling insurance for clam diggers."

I live in this district, and Evans barely won. It's a new district from the 2020 census that's extremely competitive. The D candidate won narrowly in 2022, and in 2024 lost narrowly to Evans. I don't see it swinging further R in 2026 with the current state of things, so I think Evans is in trouble.
I live in this district. It's extremely competitive, and Evans barely won. I'm cautiously optimistic that he'll lose next year. It's a new district from the 2020 census. In 2022 the D candidate won narrowly, and then lost narrowly in 2024. With the way things are going, I think Evans is in trouble.
Going down, dang auto correct
Same, plus he barely won. I feel confident about him going when next year.
Kyle Clark has been a fixture here for decades now. Also I live in that district (which was new in 2022, when the D candidate won). It's extremely competitive and Evans barely won. I think it's highly likely he loses in 2026.
I literally just posted about this in your newsletter comments. Definitely obvious in terms of the recall, but also scary to think of potential long term effects on entire generations.
He was interrupted at the second location and fled on foot after some exchange of gunfire with police. That's why his car was left behind. They had decided to go check that lawmaker's house after the reports from the first one.
My dad bought a humane trap years ago to use in the backyard over his vendetta against rabbits. He's only ever caught squirrels and one raccoon, zero rabbits.
My sister often answers the phone when I call with "Hi sister" (I am her only sister).
