Of course this is what's happening and is also why people are so baffled by it. It is hard to imagine the why of suicide which is an act to stop the pain. In this case it is about inflicting damage on others and taking them down with you, while thinking you will somehow never face any consequences.

They often seem unaware that you filled it out online. Bringing it to their attention can mean you don't have to fill it all out again. So many messages, texts and emails for one appointment, no one can keep it all straight. A reminder is one thing, but many of these systems run amuck.

That's what it's like to be a librarian. Maybe they would be more helpful.
