I had similar couple of months ago. They cancelled my train so I had to catch the next one which was an hour later. This train got in 2mins early so couldn’t claim for being an hour late. You have my sympathy. #VeryAnnoying

I had a delivery end of Nov/beginning of Dec so must have missed the chaos. Been quite a bit on FB about it. Apparently they’ve changed warehouse plus moved office if I understand correctly.
But at least it’s dry. 🤷♀️😊
As Dawnie says staff turnover can be high plus staff are moved to cover holidays/new clients etc. New carers rarely know what tasks are expected so doing medical tasks as well seems a stretch. I can’t see there being consistent competency (from my experience). It’s outside their scope as well imho.
….and tbf they’re not paid much to take on these extra responsibilities.🤷♀️

Currently qualified community nurses who can spot other issues do these things.
Carers change frequently & may not know person being cared for.
They’d now be expected 2 do invasive medical procedures with little (if any) proper training.
Not sure I’d want that.
