I do sympathize that she's still in pain and I wish there is a way that we can take that out of her altogether. But for now, I trust that she'll not keep fueling that fire and focus more on the things that make her happy without being destructive.
It's not impossible that she'll vent again in the future, but she will put more focus on her own OCs and fan comics so that we can remember her more for her art instead of the things that she hates.
Of course, that doesn't excuse her recent behavior with her Disney rants and hate art that, yes, can go too far, but we've discussed that she'll at least only go after the company itself and not everything under its name. And even at that, they'll be rarer now.
The key thing to note is that she has trauma over her real bad experience working at Disney World. It's a pain that she's still dealing with and highlights how there is an unspoken hostile work environment in the resort that Disney should address.
So I had a chat with @kimjimagery.bsky.social last night regarding her recent posts and backlash she's gotten, and I'm happy to say that we've managed to so far talk things through and that Disney hate will be cooled down for now.
I saw bits and piece of that, and... yeah, needless to say, this was a major change for the BETTER of Zootopia!
I can't imagine any family watching the alternative and not being dismayed, disgusted, and discomforted...
I just got back from watching Disney's Zootopia 2.
I see why everyone fell in love with this film! On top of the beautiful animation, they take the themes of bigotry from the first film to the next level and showcase powerhouse performances from the cast, especially Bateman, Goodwin, and Quan!
I have no strong feelings about GOAT (I hope that it is a good movie on its own, as despite its unusual premise, it does look to have some promise like the animation and voice acting), but can we PLEASE stop pitting other animated movies against each other?! The artists literally respect each other!

I was VERY impressed with The Day The Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie!
On top of having great animation and a ton of laughs, the story is heartfelt, and the voice actors (namely Eric Bauza, Candi Milo, and Peter MacNicol) give their all!

2024 was a pretty awful year for me personally, possibly even the worst year for me. But it was very productive art wise at least. Thanks for all the support and all the help I've gotten from my friends this year. Hopefully next year will be a whole lot better.

In light of James Earl Jones passing away this year, here is a clip from the Recess episode "Yes, Mikey, Santa Does Shave".
Jones plays an old man who Mikey meets and talks to about the importance of belief. Mikey regains his faith by the end and learns not only that he is Santa but he shaves too.
I just got back from watching Mufasa: The Lion King, and I am not entirely sure why some critics were tough on it.
While not as perfect as the original film, it is a definite improvement over the 2019 film. Everything from the visuals, the acting, the story, and of course the music was wonderful!
