Yeah, this math adds up. My go to marinade is soy sauce and balsamic vinegar with savory dry seasonings (garlic, onion, black pepper) and it does pretty heavy lifting flavor wise. 9/10, would serve to family. Minus one point because sugar is cheating. Everything tastes good with more calories.
The good thing about bluesky is there's no algorithm, everything is organic.
