Was going to say similar - If you are raised with religion, you are taught from an early age to put faith in whatever you are told emphatically, but to cherry pick the bits that justify what matters to you, ignore the parts you don't understand and mind-blank evidence that proves it wrong.

Give my your worst-but-watchable cheaply made Christmas rom-coms along the lines of:
- Last Chrismtas
- A Christmas Prince
- Holidate
- A Castle for Christmas
- Hot Frosty
