"Japan and 'China' are different; China is protected by a private party. A 'private party' possesses military power. That's the kind of territory it is. Japan has never been at war with the country of 'China.'"
Is it bad when your Prime Minister gives a national address on Youtube basically saying relations with the US won't go back to normal - with a miniature figure of a British General killed while defending Canada against a US invasion on his desk. (Isaac Brock in 1812)
“And Alexander wept, for there were no more worlds to conquer”
Well we don't have a president so I guess that's unlikely.

What's the best read on FWW motorization (trucks/lorries) of logistics and transport?
you: please act normal Ed you need these people to like you
people: hello Ed nice to meet you
me: the British discoverer of aluminum called it “aluminum” like Americans do now and a couple of editors decided “aluminium” would be better because it matches the cadence of sodium and calcium
On the use of history for political purposes today, just saw this on Facebook:
I've just discovered the Australian TV series Mr. Inbetween (2018-2021). It's extremely good, I recommend it!

No it's about a hitman and his life.

Compelled to point out that this is what the earliest air combat looked like around the start of the First World War; pilots shooting from their aircraft with shotguns, rifles, or pistols.

Indiscernable de la parodie.
Ammunition works best if it is safely stored in a box and never used until it becomes obsolete. The best cyber defence is sufficiently secure that adversaries do not test it with expectation of success. Military personnel are trained to kill and are genuine heroes if they never have to put the training into practice.
Well put.

"Interesting but please don’t refer to artillery cannons as 'guns'. 'Guns' are associated with infantry weapons which are very different to big artillery units."
