Adequate finance for mitigation, adaptation, loss & damage and just transition is vital to protect millions especially historically marginalized communities. Yet the huge gap between what is needed, pledged & delivered leaves govts unable to fight #climatechange and achieve #SDGs

Lack of money for the #SDGs means not enough funding for health, education, housing & social protection in low-income countries that desperately need it to guarantee economic and social rights for their people. We’re now 4 years away from the 2030 target with 82% off track.

Why are the Sustainable Development Goals way off track? It’s looking less and less likely that the SDGs will be achieved by 2030 – and it’s all because of significant underinvestment for a decade.
