Which means enough of the on-again-off-again dance with her longtime-sweetheart Kasra. They’re done, and she’s moving on, for good this time. Until an unexpected encounter throws Kasra right back into her life. Again. Kasra’s still not sure how to pick up the pieces without the woman he thought he’d be spending the rest of his life with. In the face of some terrible family news, and with Nowruz right around the corner, he throws himself into helping his parents at their struggling flower shop, hoping it will take his mind off things. Which becomes nearly impossible when fate puts Zay right back on his path. It’s okay, they tell themselves. They’re adults. They can stay just friends through the end of Nowruz. But in the high-stress environment surrounding the upcoming new year, old arguments and old feelings rise to the surface. With the new year fast approaching Kasra and Zay must finally grow up and decide: is what they have over once and for all, or is it happily ever after?
