I recorded 187 species on my Halvergate-Great Yarmouth patch last year, with a remarkable nine patch lifers, the culmination of which was finding Dusky, Pallas’s and Hume’s Leaf Warblers in the cemetery in an incredible 13-day period in mid-November. Missed a bunch of seabirds…as usual

89 species on my Great Yarmouth-Halvergate patch today including these three Scaup that flew in to Breydon before feeding voraciously, two Shore Larks were a surprise at North Denes, two Tundra Beans were with the Mute Swan flock opposite Stokesby
