People keep buying up small houses here and turning them into airbnbs instead of renting them to locals, and few in Alaska are dumb enough to move in winter. Nothing is available!
What happened?? Work on adjacent unit blew something up, nuked our water heater, and has left me with half power. Landlord can’t afford repairs and is kicking me out instead. Enjoy my Edison panel from the 1940s, original to the home.
