Just bought two bottles of the vintage lalique ondines perfume bottles 😈 might even order two more... 😈

What messed it up for me is that the rolls all expanded and opened up when baking so all the syrup got into the rolls and melted the butter cinnamon filling causing it all to leak out into the syrup so I ended up with a lot of unnecessary grease in the baking pan and I was FUMINGGGGGGGGGGG

Some alterations I did includeeeee

Cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in the rolls with some vanilla and almond extract

And I made the syrup with half milk and half water so get it like toffee sauce, and I added in some brown sugar and some set honey to it too

I think next time I should do half a lemon, add a bit more cinnamon, and either increase my amount of sugar slightly OR substitute some of it for brown sugar. Maybe some almonds extract in the topping would be nice too???

A blueberry cobbler I made recently. It was good, however, I accidentally added too much lemon to it and it overpowered everything else unfortunately. It was still yummy though!

Made tart au citron, the crust it's a wee bit crap but that's ok!❤️
