I felt the need to dust off the Day 1 culture today.

- Meeting with customers every week.
- Embrace experiments within our projects and campaigns
- Push a "vulnerable" and "share before ready" mantra within the team. It's okay to test. It's okay to fail.
- Keep teams small and nimble
