He's probably talking about how it's wrong to take advantage of vulnerable teenagers. Makima literally calls the main character in Chainsaw Man "puppy" but I have a case for why Bunny would be more likely to be taken under Makima's wing than Reigen's. Makima manipulates people by providing for basic needs, and while neither Bunny nor Doggy are in great places in their teens, their needs are more complex than just food and a place to stay... but clearly Bunny does sometimes need a place to stay. Reigen hates himself in a way that Makima doesn't... would Bunny and Doggy recognize that behind his eyes? Regardless I think they'd find Reigen deeply pathetic and maybe that's actually a point in the favor of Bunny going with him rather than Doggy. But fuck, giving Doggy that bewildered expression made me laugh out loud. Anyway, this one's an ink and marker drawing. The ink is in thin, harsh lines which are layered for the thicker outlines. The girls are fighting... Bunny looks kind of like Chainsaw Man, except she has a blender for a head instead of a chainsaw, and she has two-foot-wide razor blades instead of arm chainsaws. Also she's wearing the same outfit from the previous image, a coat over a patterned sweater, though she's rolled up her sleeves. Razor Bunny leaps towards Doggy with blood-stained shoes. Surrounded by red, she opens her long-toothed maw, ears streaming behind her, as she reaches toward Doggy, blood streaking back from her razor. Doggy, for her part, also reaches toward Bunny, her arm surrounded by Mob Psycho 100 rainbow psychic energy. ???% Doggy is dressed in the same clothes as before, but this time they blow in the psychokinetic wind along with her hair and tail. A black cloud of spirals and stars billows behind her. I like to think this is one of those situations where they fight for a bit and then they team up against someone else. Let them have a power fantasy!

if you feel like giving up rn... maybe think abt leaning into that. and giving up. especially if youve never done that before. but also be flexible enough that if you find yourself thinking abt trying again, you can lean into that too and try again. who knows when. but you can

abt the 3rd or 4th time i stalled out of/was denied readmission to college after medical leave, i gave up. it took several years to work up the energy again. but i did and now, better late than never, i have a degree. what helped me in the end was being flexible about the future

Foreigner turns his head away, hunches, and clenches his fingers, asserting, "But you still have a responsibility to be a good person! You have to be accountable!" Local, her attention now detached from Foreigner, looks away and grows sad, saying, "And that's the worst thing, I don't want to be accountable. I guess I..." Foreigner has totally ceased paying attention to Local, musing with a desperate whimsy, "I just don't know what I did, yet. I need to figure it out and practice. I need the ability to disappear until I can figure it out." Local hunches below Foreigner's height and covers her face with her hand, whinging, "All I do is disappear. Other people make me disappear, I make myself disappear, I want to disappear." Local flips to the opposite end of the spectrum, rearing back and shouting furiously, "Fuck, jesus, is this all it takes? An awkward conversation with a guy I just met and don't even like that much?" Foreigner looks over his shoulder and, scared, says, "Shush, shut it! Someone might--" Foreigner spots someone and yells, "Shit! Hide!"

He bends and looks under a table, his pants showing off his butt, muttering, "My textbook... uh, I think I forgot..." The view is framed by the support and underside of another table. The boy looks over his shoulder, right at the viewer, and says, "Uh, it, somewhere..." He sees the textbook on top of a table, below which Local and Foreigner sit, facing away from him. Foreigner is silently panicking while Local seems to have completely given up on the world.

The final page of "Local and Foreigner Talk to a Boy???". The boy, surprised, says, "Oh! Hey... L--uh..." Foreigner turns jagged and Local starts to melt. They still don't look at him. The boy thinks, "...fuck, I don't need it that badly," as he turns and walks back out the door. Foreigner has turned into a zig zag and Local is a puddle. The door shuts.
