In “The State of Federal Data Products in 2025,” we examined the current state of the FDEP’s inaugural data products and how the accessibility and transparency of data have transformed in the past year.

Only 11.5% of Army employees say their dept's political leaders "maintain high levels of integrity." Similar numbers for Navy, Air Force
Only 10% of federal workers who responded to a survey said they had trust in their agencies’ political leaders, according to the Partnership for Public Service.
The 2025 government-wide Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Index Score is only 32.0 out of 100, with 36.5% of the federal workforce sharing that their work unit provides worse quality services compared to the year prior.
