I read through the comments and the only criticism was the sports thing, so I figured that was the worst of it. I was pretty stoked to hear someone with charisma and bombast on the progressive side. Even if he's a capitalist, the real losing attitude is pushing these people all the way to the right

Dumb is kind of a synonym for irrational here, but I digress. Holding someone accountable for thinking those born male shouldn't compete physically with those born female? It's an understandable position. But your comment and others treat it like heresy, overshadowing what could be a good thing.

Nope his rheotirical skills, passion, and delivery is effective. If he's not a good rep of the left for a number of reasons fine, but in this comment thread it was like "ya that's great, but not so fast.. have u seen that he disagrees with us on this one issue?" Which to me is a dumb losing attitude

Oh I just meant to point out that there's so much infighting on the left and its counterproductive. Given conservatives recent take over, it annoys me that we have a guy saying some awesome progressive shit in an effective way and half the comments are dismissing him because of the one sports thing

I think this is a huge reason why the conservatives have taken over, they unify under a single person and don't nit pick each others characters. On the left someone can support and defend all the right ideals except one, and this one thing not being left or left enough is completely discrediting 1/
