I’m saying that this facility is a total loss.

The current waiver will run until May 16. And likely it will be extended again. Trump is helping Putin where he can. However, Ukrainian „sanctions“ are working as well, as we can see with the burning refineries and terminals.

The Trump administration has extended the waiver of the purchase of Russian oil and petroleum products, under general license 134B:

Last night Ukrainian drones struck the oil facilities in Tuapse, Krasnodar region, in Russia. According to locals three oil silos are burning.

A chemical plant in Sterlitamak, Bashkortostan, currently in Russia has been attacked. Videos showing fire and smoke coming from the facility.
