It’s taken so long since Disney bought 20th Century Fox. But X-Men ‘97 is probably already better than any live action adaptation could ever be

I got the DVD box set years ago but I don’t think I actually ever watched it all the way through! There’s a lot of episodes and as with many 80’s cartoons the quality is very hot and miss between episodes. The “Movie” is peak though

What’s interesting is the VHS “movie” was a UK exclusive compilation of slightly shortened versions of the first five episodes of season 2. I never saw season 2 in the 80’s (not sure if / where it aired in the UK!) and the only way to see it now is in the episodic form

It’s gone midnight and I’m casually watching Thundercats Ho!:The Movie. It’s got to be my ultimate nostalgia comfort movie. I must have watched the VHS dozens of times when I was a kid in the 80’s!

Yeah FB is dangerous 😅 I mostly use it for action figure groups. I’ve had to leave most of the Marvel Rivals groups on there because again it’s just constant negativity, complaining and self-importance

And just the general addictive nature of constant buzz and conversation and speculation about points of interest had me in really unhealthy habits. Constantly checking it. In the middle of shows or movies. During play time with the niblings. Enough was enough. What happened with your friend?
