Snorb & Bubllusk. both pure water types.
Before the advancements of portable scuba gear, these #pokemon were heavily relied upon for underwater exploration in the Novajerse region. As they could be trained to create air bubbles that can extend the time diving for both trainers and pokemon. #fakemon

Team Ledian.
A mega ledian X, Some mysterious regional variant ledian, and their ledyba pre evolutions. Used by a mysterious, power ranger-esk time traveler who came to the Novajerse region. It's not clear what region these new variants came from, but they're bug/electric, Bug/ice, & flying/fighting
it'll start off experimental, but as things get situated more clearly, everything will be assembled into a guide zine for other people to play similarly (or better) just in case anyone would want to learn from our mistakes.
it's going to be heavily focused on being a TTRPG for dummies who can barely read or do math. with stuff getting set up like a resident evil style visual inventory. Cuz last time my players never ended up using their inventory when it was just written down in their sheets. been making icons for it.
I'm going to primarily be using the software Roll20.
Although unfortunately, no current system could quite match what i needed for the campaign. So it's going to be taking inspiration from about 3 different systems like pokeymanz and the diskworld ttrpg clumsily mashed together into a homebrew.
A title art for my #fakemon region's planned game. Pokemon Legends Prism. It will be a tabletop RPG campaign that will be shown in my RP groups collaborative #Youtube channel at the link. Make sure to follow early, and follow this bluesky for updates. www.youtube.com/@DLeagueGamers

In order to clear them out, they will need to be hit by a super effective move, such as flamethrower, which will cause them to uproot and attack. The purple berries they produce are edible and sweet, and with a well cared for Brambleberi, will naturally be shed and regrown every so often.
Brambleberi. Grass type.
These thorny pokemon tend to make a pest of themselves. As thanks to their ability to root into the ground and expand their vines out to incredible lengths, they have a tendency towards grouping together in large mats of thorns and blocking pathways.

Sliperfry, Fliperflopr, Guiboot. First two are water, final stage is water/ground. In order to fool fishermen into throwing them back, these #pokemon imitate lost old shoes.

they all have a pretty powerful unique ability, that acts like they're always holding the item leftovers, even when their held item slot is empty. giving them automatic passive healing. tho holding a leftovers on top of that doesn't double the effect.
if leveled up past level 30 in nature, they'll evolve into Bacapakin. A natural ally to hikers and traveling merchants who often trade with with humans and wild pokemon. If level up in a city however, they evolve into Dispikin. Who function more like a secretive black market.
Capouchin and split evo to Bacapakin or Dispikin. Two are normal, one is dark type.
These little monkey #pokemon live in mountains without much food to be found. To adapt to this, these Pokemon have developed pockets, and a cape that can be folded over in order to create a bundle to carry food.
during the course of a quest to cross this area, players are expected to find the source of these strange out of place variants of #shuppet. a #pokemon who lost their young trainer in a bombing run during the war, and crafted them variant out of vengeance for their loss. a huge boss monster #mimikyu
Novajersian #Shuppet and #Banette. both are fire/ghost type #pokemon.
Resembling simple dolls made of bed sheets and straw, these Pokemon can only be found in a single destroyed town, which to this day continues to appear like a burnt scar on the landscape despite decades having passed.
so this specific pokedex has a lot of examples that are kinda like being able to see a carrier pigeon in person.
dying off, if not extinct in the modern day. but in the past you get a glimpse of these pre-industrialization pokemon that were not well suited for living alongside/surviving humanity. and since Novajerse is a neighbor of Unova, also explains why they wouldn't be seen in the modern day unova.
-so for a bit of behind the scenes. inchygu are part of a running theme of the Novajerse region. since it's for a legends arceus style game taking place in the past (around the 1910's-20's) during a pokemon world equivalent of ww1. you see a lot of weirdly fragile pokemon that are kinda...
though these Pokemon remain notoriously emotionally fragile and riddled with neurosis. being generally particular and nervous, and it's rare to even see a trainer use them in battle. though certain candy based on inchygu remain very popular.
infrastructure is more being built to accommodate them. with crossing points being built into roads to let inchygu travel between chunks of forest more easily.
they stopped having access to enough tree canopy's to thrive. either not having enough of the pokemon in an area to reproduce, or not having enough space to support an overproduction of Inchygu babies, and starving themselves. thankfully now tho, inchygu raised in captivity are less particular, and
Under normal circumstances in the wild, they will refuse to leave the canopy of trees. essentially playing a lifelong game of the floor is lava. Meaning if there is too wide a gap between two tree lines, they wont willingly climb down to cross it. and as more roads cut through their forests?
With some practice, they can act like a living grappling hook/bungie cord. Launching their trainers up and over obstacles. These pokemon are very rare in the modern day Novajerse region however, due to industrialization causing shrinking and interrupted habitats. And being very particular pokemon.
Inchygu. Bug/fairy
These giant #pokemon (average 16 feet long) live exclusively in the canopy of trees, many managing to go their whole lives without touching the ground. Their bodies are tough and rubbery, being able to stretch like a giant rubber band. Trainers love using them for climbing.
Squeaknack often become trainers first pokemon in the Novajerse region, as they're common in cities and easily befriended. Lapintock are especially skilled at illusion, and are mainstays in the teams of stage performers, especially magicians, and now used for movie special effects in the modern day.
Squeaknack and Lapintock. both psychic type #pokemon
These little rodents have bodies mostly made of psychic energy. To help stabilize their form, they will gather small objects like buttons and ribbons. To evolve, they need to level up while holding a pocket watch.
#fakemon
until eventually evolving, and converting a tree into a shield and disguise. should you notice a stump getting closer every time you look away, it's almost certainly a bearhind closing in on you.
