If you're considering making an offer on it, in addition to the obvious stuff with an older house and various additions/renos of questionable competency of the designer/builder, my unsolicited advice would be to consider the noise from the nearby airport.
You can look up noise contours online.

That's why I think the red box may have been a detached garage or shed to start, and then it was connected to the main home.
Honestly, it could have even been the purple box and the red box was the addition that connected it to the main home.
Building the roof that way is a very strange way to do it, but it sort of makes sense if they were done at different times, on the cheap, DIY, or all of the above.
They probably tried to do some type of built in gutter, had leaks, and a roofer filled in and sloped the valleys.
satellite view of the house showing a very strange roof configuration.
The same view but I've outlined in different colors the various roof structures and how they have been built/extended over time.
The roof tells a lot I think. The roof is made up of 4 (maybe 5) straight gable roofs all running on the same axis but all connected. Valleys between the roofs are filled and sloped to drain toward the back.
But each of the colored boxes probably represents a different addition/extension.
1/4 or 1/2 of the family room used to be the back entrance, probably covered, maybe a mudroom, where it steps down from the dining room. The other half with the fireplace was an addition.
The primary bedroom was another addition/extension of the converted garage. Maybe done with the family room.
Oh, I think it started detached.
My best guess, the upper right rectangle bounded by the foyer/living room/bedroom/dining room is the original home.
The mystery "room," kitchen and laundry used to be a detached garage that was converted & attached. Maybe extended a bit to the left (i.e. back).
I found the listing. From the Google street view I 100% believe the mystery "Room" used to be a garage.
I'd want to rip it down the only the load-bearing elements and start clean.
Why is he taking a selfie with his phone when he's wearing smart glasses and there's a mirror behind him? Shouldn't he be able to just look in the mirror and take a photo with the glasses? Not so smart glasses it seems.
Also, if you look at it rhetorically, the names of the male roles are titles that reflect their status and personhood. The YW are all definitions of what service they provide. They are tools, not people.
The Deseret alphabet was an outgrowth of the Restorationist idealism and utopianism of Young and the early LDS Church. The "New Alphabet" was intended to correct "the corruptions and perversions of language which was originally pure", and to meet the urgent need for a language to "answer the demands of a constant intercommunication between several thousand languages". One "fitted to meet the great emergency of the great gathering and great work of teaching the law of the Lord to all people." Young and the Mormon pioneers believed "all aspects of life" were in need of reform for the imminent Millennium, and the Deseret alphabet was just one of many ways in which they sought to bring about a complete "transformation in society," in anticipation of the Second Coming of Jesus.
No it's only culty if it's derived from the French 'culte' or Latin 'cultus,' this is just sparkling utopianism.
Of course, I think the church said this was all donated funds from wealthy members used to purchase the manuscript so it wouldn't have even affected temple construction or whatever.
I could see this spreading through my mission. Only a handful would thought, "the church expects to make an additional $35 million in boosted BYU soda sales now that they're allowing caffeine?" instead of something like "which city will have to wait to get a new temple because of this $35 million?"
That's the best type of Mormon conspiracy because it would fall apart under the slightest scrutiny, but you know people legitimately believe it and probably spread it.
I see, so the conspiracy is about the initial reluctance to release them and the reason why, not that he didn't release them?
Men,
Sitting down to pee is good and encouraged.
Putting the seat down is a must.
It's not hard to hit the target and not get urine everywhere ... and if you can't ... skills issue.
Taking some toilet tissue to clean up any incidental splashing (skills issue) is the bare minimum.
Some (if not all) of the original lost BOM manuscript pages are still extant somewhere.
Too many people liking this without responding so I'll start.
Joseph Smith made up polygamy because he was cheating on Emma and knew he couldn't keep it a secret.
I want to hear your favorite Mormon/Mormon-related conspiracies you 100% believe.
I used to get annoyed when coworkers would just send me a meeting invite with no context and no heads up ... I still do somewhat.
More annoying than that is when I ask a coworker to send me a meeting invite, only to have them not do that, and then try to call me at odd times when I can't answer.
Wouldn't it be nice to have a president that believes in diplomacy through non-violent means so we could achieve objectives without hurting people?
Just make the iPhone 4 again, in its original size, with a better camera.
Then also make a record player for no apparent reason.
Factor in the deference to the presiding authority and the need for everything to be done with unanimous consent in the First Presidency and Q12 and I think it's pretty clear why it took 6-1/2 years to rename the YW classes ...
Yeah, I suppose I took that for granted that they wouldn't give those names without ordination.
I saw that @improvementera.com has put out a post on how this could be a signaling of a paradigm shift of priesthood expansion under Oaks. I haven't read it yet, so I won't comment on it yet.
Chart showing the class names and age ranges for the Young Women's organization over the years from 1903 to 2019.
Either way, the chart from the Church Historian's Press needs to be updated. www.churchhistorianspress.org/young-women/...
This is where I would have put my vote ... you know, if this was the sort of thing they would ever consider crowd sourcing.
Her response to this was gratitude and "what's a discord server?"
I'm apparently the "online" on in our relationship.
Update: Captain Boday has produced at least 3 offspring that we have found in the tank. Apparently this type of snail is non-hermaphroditic and ovoviviparous so the captain was already carrying the lil' babies when we got her.
We moved 2 away from Jadzia, and we're seeing what happens with the 3rd.
