A lot of us oldies work in the care system on an involuntary basis
This is very disturbing if it's real
No idea what's on now but I did see a Brainiac live show at Butlins last week which was going down very well with a young audience. My son loved this show on TV around 20 years ago and used to watch Robot Wars same sort of era .
It's a lot of fun
Ive found the contact through the online forms is very good for straightforward things that need treatment quickly like infections . Our surgery will usually organises a GP call within the day and prescription can be sent straight to chemist if one is needed
The walled gardens are a lovely place to wander through . The gardeners do a great job . Church at nearby Rotherfield Greys has some magnificent Tudor memorials
And then you can use them and some string afterwards for a telephone . Hours of fun
My Granny and Grandad loved to holiday in Blackpool in the 1960s and early 1970s. Always sent us a postcard . Im sure we had this one
I've never been up them but pass them at least twice a week . I need to go and take a closer look
There's always someone climbing those hills when I drive by . At least the old Wembley stadium was put to good use !
Impressive
Wonderful stuff
Good place to stock up on Jordans products ! I didn't realise until I went there that they were the cereal manufacturers
Jordans Mill is a lovely place
No attempt to repair it for months now . The burnt out box is taped up
The campaign of attacking ULEZ cameras in Uxbridge was dreadful , as you say causing danger and delays . The camera at the end of our road was blown up several times and it was right next to a garden wall so terrifying for the occupants of that house.
It's a wonderful place to visit
The planning permission for a new building at the club for people with learning disabilities where I volunteer had lots of objections . Some from people who've hired the club for their own children's birthday parties in the past. We did get our permission
Not unless you live together in Ireland for at least 3 years and intend to carry on living there in the long term as well as already having been married 3 years . Its not automatic
Can you look at them at a distance ?
Recently came across Bedford tombs in Chenies church which are very interesting. Can only view through a glass screen from the main church .
A delivery driver told me some people won't accept substitute brands either . I think he'd had a bad experience earlier that day and needed to tell someone
I'm a volunteer treasurer for a small charity so mostly work on this at home but I do a couple of hours volunteering a week outside the house as well. Its good to have something community orientated to think about
Everything bad that happens is always reported as being in London whereas its more like 32 separate cities subdivided by suburbs and the original old towns/villages plus the actual City of London . The portrayal of it all being some sort of hell hole is just wrong and unfair
I went to see Arcadia in 1993 and it was one of the most thought provoking plays I had ever seen. How interesting that it made such a scientific advance possible
I used to read my Dad's old Mickey comics from the 1930s at my Granny's house in the 1960s .I used to be fascinated by them .These cartoons are bringing back memories . Sadly no idea where they went but I spent hours looking at them as a child
The medieval cathedrals of the UK are wonderful . I loved Peterborough . Very memorable
Poor Brodie
great views from here
