We were able to do UA to reflex so at least no culture without pyuria. I wanted to make it so everyone that orders a UA (regardless of indication) gets an electric shock. HR said I cant do that. Sigh...

Arendt's ideas are essential. She was a fierce thinker and should be taught widely. I will say, her books are not an easy read by any measure. Highly recommend some secondary sources before diving into, especially Origins. I recommend "Why read Hannah Arendt now" by Richard Bernstein.

There is something profoundly anti democratic/plutocratic about how expensive sporting event and concert tickets have gotten. What average income American family can afford these? No entertainment or culture for the common folk I guess...what could go wrong?

Early career advice hot take. Say "No" a lot. Unless you're passionate about it, drop it. Learn to say "No" early. Your time is by far your most valuable asset. Everything you say "yes" to is a "no" to something else.

My hot take is, if someone test positive for a virus and they're not destroyed and you can monitor, cool to withhold abx. Being all of nothing with either posture seems... procrustean? Is that what is being argued? I haven't kept up with this debate

How do I incorporate "deadass" and "Aura farming" into my daily rounds and documentation? Need to stay hip with the youts!

Can you give me the TL:DR? Also what's your practice? If virus positive and low procal do nothing? Don't bother with procal? I still find CAP confusing as far as what causes it lol
