I really hated Score and admit I didn’t care for Jump either - Rivals is definitely my favourite and I adore the TV series.

Desperately missing the big open skies of Lewis while in Edinburgh, but was treated to the sight of hundreds of geese in straggling skeins this morning, honking their way south towards the Pentland Hills and beyond 🪿🪿🪿🪿🪿

On the mainland and it’s just as mainlandy as I remember it… 🙃

Am aware - as was the late Blackhouse Bakery. Not sure why Tesco’s opening feels different - maybe it feels a bit more like a corporation riding roughshod over a culture than a local business assessing a need/opportunity. Illogical I know!

Big day in Lewis: Tesco opening on Sunday for the first time. I admit I’m disappointed - but if people want to use it it’s up to them. Feel for the staff though - especially those living in rural areas where there’s no public transport on a Sunday…
