The Trump administration cold heartedly ensured the death of thousands of children. The facts speak for themselves. Of course, “sh**hole countries” don’t really matter in Trumpworld. Blood is on their hands. #USAID #Rubio #complicit

Just spitballing here, but maybe if we all took seriously the idea that character matters in a president we would all be better off.
A little bit of history worth knowing. If it’s history, they are trying to wipe it out, to make room for the absurd tales of eternal innocence that bring fascism and bloodshed closer.
Faith is not the supposition that something might be true, but the assurance that Someone is there. — Met. Kallistos Ware
I’m sharing this video from around 2015 from the US Embassy, The Hague youtube channel. If current attempts to erase the historic record of black American GIs in the anti-DEI climate of the Trump administration, it may not be available much longer. youtu.be/QE0QszXRg3k?...
This thread documents a perverse determination by the Trump administration attempting to erase the historical record of black G.I.’s who faithfully served in the European theater during WW2. They have no shame.

The remains of the colosseum where Felicity and Perpetual were martyred. It is difficult to imagine the scope of the place since the structure is mostly destroyed. The seating would have towered high above the ground. There is now a chapel in the center below ground.
A mosaic from that period in the Bardo Museum which portrays humans being attacked by animals.
