Proud to say I finished in the top three at four positions in my first year as an official @fantasypros.bsky.social ranker:
🥇1st in DST
🥈2nd in TE and K
🥉3rd in WR
Just need to crack QB/RB, both of which were much worse ... lmk if you have tips

My brain is so broken I thought this meant Pat as in @patkerrane.bsky.social not Pat as in Patriots

Obviously too small a sample to mean anything about a rookie QB forced into his first NFL action halfway through a game .... but also, lol

Yeah haha my take is much less the jets should be high and more Douglas should be low. I think I landed on two of them above him but I don’t even remember which two lol

Douglas and his ~30% route participation just has to be too high right?

Agreed — it’s clear the Rams’ defense couldn’t handle his magnificence and promptly gave up by far their longest rush of the season

Insane stat: The Rams' defense has yet to allow a carry by a running back for more than 13 yards this season (no, Taysom Hill is not a running back)

🏈Amon-Ra St. Brown saw just a 69% route participation rate, his first time below even 84%
🏈St. Brown’s 23% target share was also his lowest since Week 1

🏈David Montgomery posted a 46% route participation rate, more than double his previous average
🏈This was also the first time all year that Montgomery ran more routes than Jahmyr Gibbs

🧵Changes in the Lions' offense in Dan Campbell's first game calling plays (numbers per Fantasy Points Data):
🏈The Lions had a pass rate above expectation for the first time in 2025 (+3.4%)
🏈Jameson Williams reached a 20% target share for the 3rd time and his best fantasy outing

My results 10 weeks into my first season as an official expert ranker on @fantasypros.bsky.social ... I have always maintained that K and DST are the most important, skill-based positions, while QB and RB are irrelevant luck-boxes.

Saquon Barkley rushes of over 17 yards this season: 4 on 127 carries, all against the Giants.
Tank Bigsby rushes of over 17 yards this season: 2 on 15 carries, all against the Giants.
Is Bigsby the Rico Dowdle to Saquon's Chuba Hubbard 🤔?

In Weeks 1-5, 38% of the Ravens' dropbacks came with 2+ TEs on the field (per Fantasy Points Data). In Week 6, that number was 78%.
As a result, Isaiah Likely destroyed his previous high in route rate at 80% AND Andrews beat his average w/70%. Interested to see if this continues when Lamar returns.

+9 TO differential makes me suspect no, but you gotta be lucky to be good I guess

If Justice Hill were a rookie and Derrick Henry were anyone else, the fantasy community would be begging Baltimore to bench the washed veteran for the explosive pass catcher

100% agree, liked them on first glance then I noticed the weird dots. Apparently they are “sandblasted from head to toe”

The only thing wrong about this is that McDaniel will be a run game assistant for sure

Can we learn anything at all from one week of positional points allowed data? I think so, at least if we bring our context hats 👇👇👇

Maybe this changes in more competitive game scripts, but what's the point of playing Travis Hunter as a part-time WR just to give him a grand total of six defensive snaps? Just let him be a full-time receiver if he's going to play that little defense.

Can confirm @wyattbff.bsky.social is all over the top trends from Week 1!

7 months ago 3 0 0 0

Josh Downs posted a 48.5% route participation rate in Week 1 (per @fantasypoints.com) 😬. If only there had been some way to foresee this.
(His partner in 3-WR-set-only YPRR crime, Jayden Reed, was at 52.2%.)
